This company has installed a brand new high speed corrugator, and a new handling system including PID. All the corrugated board is placed on pallet by the PID and later on stored on the floor. The robot of the PID handles very heavy pallet (90 Kg) and it takes every time 2 of them. The whole process is fully automatic, by first receiving the records from the corrugator and later tracking the board up to the PID. Operator attendance is not required.
