This customer has installed a new handling system including PID, downstream an high speed corrugator. The overall of the corrugator production is going through the PID. The robot of the PID has telescopic arm, and it is capable to make matrix of pallet, mostly taking 2 of them at the time. The pallets are stored on the floor, on 4 different stations. The whole process is fully automatic, by receiving the record from the corrugator and later tracking the board up to the PID, and operator attendance is not required.
